Navo - Furano

This restaurant is decorated beautifully!! It is so cozy and comfortable! The food was amazing! We got the curry, the tofu katsu, and the chocolate cake, and they were all delicious. My favorite was the curry! But if you are really hungry I recommend the tofu katsu as it comes with soup and rice on the side. The lady that owns the restaurant was so sweet, and it seemed like she was not only running the restaurant but also cooking the food. I hope I get to return someday! Navo is really special from the moment you step in it's like a different world, one from a fairytale. The interior is stunning, especially the playing area for kids! Service was also impeccable. We had lots of different dishes, and our favourites were the deep fried tofu, gyoza, and the teriyaki bowl. The only thing missing from some of the dishes was a bit of dressing/dipping sauce/just something fresh. For instance, the teriyaki bowl would have been lovely with some salad or garnish. The sodas were also tasty, I had the kiwi one. We also tried both desserts, which were lovely, although we weren't quite sure about the corn flakes in them. Also, they played really nice music. Loved my vegan bento here. A very welcoming ambience as well. I wish every meal in Japan was as easy for me as this one

We were really impressed with this lovely place. Were able to cater for my gluten intolerance as well as being vegan.

This is a beautifully decorated space with a wonderfully warm atmosphere. Japanese and western style options. I had the cold udon with tempura, which was delicious on a hot summer day. Staff was very sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend.
