Domino's Pizza - Fuquay-Varina

Alright, this is the last straw! The Domino's Pizza on Main St. in Fuquay Varina has let us down three times in a row, each time failing to put enough sauce on our pizzas, and our visits were months apart. It's astonishing that this keeps happening; it feels too consistent to be just a mistake. I've attached a photo of the Pepperoni Pan Pizza we ordered with double sauce, which clearly does not look like double sauce. If having enough sauce on your pizza is important to you, you might want to steer clear of this location. However, if you decide to give it a try anyway, please make sure to voice your concerns if they skimp on the sauce. Keep in mind that other Domino's locations nearby do not seem to have this issue.

Unfortunately, they left the toppings off my pizza, which isn't a huge issue—mistakes happen. However, I’ve been trying to call to get it fixed and can’t reach anyone. I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now, so I guess it’s just cheese pizza for me tonight.

I ordered an Italian sub, and it had very little meat. There were only four small slices of pepperoni and two tiny pieces of ham, which is not enough for a sub-sized sandwich. One of the few banana peppers included was the thick end of the core. The pizza was also lacking in ingredients; there were only a few toppings, and on the large pizza, only six slices had onions on them! The cinnamon twists were good, and the bottled Sprite was refreshing. However, I won’t be ordering the pizza or sub again.

Oops! Ordered from here for 1st time last week. Order was perfect complete with extra sauce and toppings distributed as ordered. So came back to this Dominos this week to get 3 large pizzas expecting same perfection of order. Boy did they fail miserably.Ordered extra sauce on all three pizzas but could barely see, much less taste, any sauce. Also asked for toppings to beseparated right and left half. Toppings were separated but all mixed up. Not as ordered. Don't guess I'll be going back to thisDominos since they can't follow the instructions given in the order. Pitiful!!!

Pretty upset about their service. They delivered our pizza over an hour past the scheduled time, which is not the real problem. Totally understand that they may be understaffed, and super busy. But, our pizzas arrived smashed in their boxes, stuck to thelids, cold (not for the first time), and all bunched to one side. I tried calling a few times that night, but no one answered.This was not the first time, either. I went to corporate for a refund, and got a free pizza voucher. That, by the way, isn 'tworking on their site, so really no compensation. Really too bad, since their pizza is usually pretty tasty! I would onlyrecommend them for a pickup/curbside delivery. Last time we had an issue, whomever delivered the pizza even quipped I thinkit 's WARM for you THIS time! . Really?? How rude.
