Chick-fil-a - Fuquay-Varina

I have not been to Chick-fil-A for a while because. The line is so long. I saw the line wasn't so long when looking for a quick bit for dinner, so I went in the drive through. My order was taken right away but it took ten minutes to get to the window, thencome to find out they put down the wrong description of my vehicle so they walked around for a while with my food looking forme, I was at the window by now. When I got my food it was cold. I am not going back. They added two drive through lanes, theyshould have added two kitchens also. They can't handle all that traffic.

This is the most hoppin' Chick-fil-A I have ever seen, and it's insanely busy every single time I've been there. Our food was VERY fresh though and our order was made correctly, so I have no complaints other than the company needs to improve the locationaccessibility. I chose to do an online order with pickup, and that was probably the best option! The inside line was reallylong, and the drive-thru line was even more insane. The location really needs more parking and better driving lanes. Kudos tothe workers doing their job and getting orders done. It was nuts.

I had the worst pick-up experience ever! I asked several times about my order, which was supposed to be ready by 11:30. The first person I spoke to seemed annoyed, as if I was interrupting her while she was washing trays. At 11:02, they finally located my order, which had already been prepared in the kitchen. There was no apology offered. Meanwhile, I was running late for my son's birthday party, with guests waiting for the food.

I just visited this location for the first time since they reopened, and I was really disappointed. They didn't provide a straw, my receipt showed I ordered two items but I only received one, and to make matters worse, I didn't get a fork to eat my food at the park. I had to go home to eat instead. Ugh! I recommend double-checking your bags, everyone, until they sort things out.

The staff here is fantastic, and honestly, that’s the only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one. The owners, however, seem quite greedy. No more pup cups? Seriously? It’s hard to believe that 3 cents worth of whipped cream could threaten a franchise that now charges $9 for a few chicken nuggets. Prices have soared, the lines are always jam-packed, and if you order ahead, you still have to wait in the same long line as everyone else. I'm really disappointed after all the wait for renovations to be completed. I’ll be driving to a different location from now on. Congratulations, that 3-cent whipped cream decision might end up costing you hundreds of dollars in lost sales each year.
