O'charley's - Fultondale

Had an explosion spent a week in the area and this is by far the best place to get the staff is amazingly very courteous and extremely friendly they really make You feel like an estimated customer I will definitely come back when I get through Fultondale and management is exceptionally very friendly it is a must to come for me whenever I always welcome a very warm welcome in the city that if your a trucker like me means a lot

The food was very good and in large quantities; we all took food home. There were six in our party and the service was excellent. The waitress was very attentive and refilled drinks, bringing additional rolls and napkins without being asked. They no longer have free pie Wednesday which was a bit disappointing because this was one of the reasons we chose to eat here on Wednesday.

I just had the best experience here, to start off we got sat quickly and was instantly greeted by the sweetest server i’ve ever had, her name was Haley I believe, she was so cute and very nice. The food came out quickly and she brought my table smiles the entire time we were there. She is such a good server and a hard worker and you can tell she actually cares about her customers.

Store was clean and quiet! It was a bit cold, but the manager offered to turn down the fan/air on our side. We declined his offer and retrieved our jackets from the car. It was a very hospitable experience and we will definitely be going back!

Mark introduced us to our waitress, Erin, who helped us with decorations, arranged the tables, and even assisted us with the games. She truly lived up to Mark’s praise. I ordered the new Triple Steak Combo, which includes a 6-inch steak, half a rack of ribs, and chicken strips, along with sweet potato casserole and a loaded baked potato. Unfortunately, the casserole was bland—it tasted like it came straight from the can with just a sprinkle of cinnamon. Not a great start, but the house salad was fresh and vibrant, as you can see in the pictures. I would give the salad four stars. The hot buttered rolls were absolutely delicious, so they also earn four stars from me. The ribs were well-seasoned, tender, and practically fell off the bone, enhanced by a perfectly balanced BBQ sauce and a lovely hickory smoke aroma. For that, I rate them 4.5 stars. The chicken strips were crispy, tender, and spicy, deserving of four stars as well. I do wish they offered the Honey Chipotle strips or sauce on the side. As for the steak, it was tender and well-seasoned, so much so that I was able to cut it with a plastic knife! I’d give it four stars, along with my loaded potato. My sister told me this was the best birthday party she had ever had. Everyone had a fantastic time, enjoying the great food and the excellent service we received from Erin and Mark, who consistently checked on us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Overall, we were very pleased with everything. I must mention Erin’s amazing Arnold Palmer tea—definitely a five-star experience! Thank you, Erin, for helping to make my sister’s birthday unforgettable. She will cherish this memory for a lifetime.
