Mcdonald's - Fulshear

Very slowly to serve the customer and the workers first start talking and then they attend to the customer not drinks at the source bad

Went for the grandaughter. It was way too expensive. This is not the McDonalds I used to knowKid-friendliness: McDonalds is marketed for kids

These people need help worst service ever will not come back took 30 mins to get a order of pancakes And sausage with a drink

This is by far the worst McDonalds ever. Meat is always burnt, 99 percent they’re always missing something from your order. They barely put ketchup or mustard on your burgers. Indoor seating is dirty. Manager doesn’t care about customers complaints. Indoor drinks never have carbonations. All around it’s the worst in Fulshear!

Today I waited for about 30 min for an order that was missing 2 happy meals. When they came back with my order is was still missing 1 happy meal. They were out of toys and most of the soft drinks. I asked for a refund and will never eat there again. They wasted about an 1 hour of my time and I walked away empty handed with two hungry kids. Please do go there until they fix that location. This is not the first time I had issues but today was the last straw. I will be contacting corporate. The owner and the staff need to be replaced.
