The Olde Ship - Fullerton

I really enjoyed my whole culinary experience here! A clear good recommendation for anyone interested in British cuisine. The restaurant reflects real British pubs. The decorations could be a bit exaggerated compared to how a pub could look overseas, but it must be if it wants to bring Britain to America. I love English food so I was so excited to taste the dishes and compare the taste I remembered food tasting when I lived abroad. I'm glad to say that I wasn't disappointed. I'm excited to finally go back and try more dishes.

We love the old ship! It's always a good time and good food when we go. I've been going for 20 years and love to bring my husband. It is originally from England, and it enjoys the feeling at home with traditional English drinks and food. You can't go wrong with everything you order. Leave space for dessert and get the toffe pudding. Friendly staff and many repeat customers. We're always coming.

Came here with my buddy a few days ago to get breakfast and I was happy with what I got. Now, to preface this, I 've never had a traditional English breakfast but from what I can tell this place has got it down. From the beans, back bacon, and banger they were all fantastic. The tea we got was also great and complemented the meal perfectly. Only downside for me was the fried bread, but that 's just personal preference and everything else was great so it did not dampen my experience at all. The service was also great and friendly! Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to try English food.

I know it doesn't look like much outside, but if you're looking for a British pub with good food and excellent service... this is your place. Our server Laura (she was great) took time to explain what was and was super friendly. The food came out quickly and everything was cooked properly. The only drawback on the food....it is a small gland (but nothing a little salt and pepper not repaired) and yes.... it is a little diver....but if you don't give it, I think you are missing.

The atmosphere and ambience are their point of sale. Feels like a real British pub. I wish they would bring the Beef Wellingtons back. Would definitely revise.
