If getting fried rice instead of white rice is a $2.50 upcharge, it needs to be clearly displayed on your menu confirmed verbally by the cashier before the purchase has been made.$6 for a very small portion of the Shakalaka chicken appetizer is insane.Orange Chicken is supposed to be craggy crispy, not doughy soft.

Ordered garlic chicken and got this. When I called they said this is garlic chicken. It was most definitely general tsaos chicken. No option to make it right or let me come get the right food.

They were wonderful, but unfortunately, they shut down suddenly. It's such a shame because their food was excellent.

When I arrived at the parking lot, I received an email from the payment processor stating that the restaurant had refunded my money (which I still haven’t seen) and canceled my order. I don't think this experience is typical, especially since they had pretty good ratings, but it was a major disappointment that fell far short of my expectations. It’s a shame because their menu looked promising.

I ordered four dishes and ended up throwing away everything except the soup. The chicken seemed like it might have been made recently, but it tasted and looked like overcooked, frozen meat that had been saturated in sauce; it wasn’t crispy at all. The Mapo Tofu was simply firm tofu chunks (not the soft kind) floating in a spicy broth, and it had absolutely no flavor. The white rice was dry and grainy, not sticking together at all. The fried rice resembled nothing more than a clump of oil with some leftover ingredients mixed in—definitely not appetizing. The only dish that was somewhat decent was the Hot and Sour Soup, but even that didn’t impress. I couldn’t finish my meal and ended up throwing away the leftovers. Honestly, you can find fresher and higher quality ingredients at Panda Express. I’m serious about that.
