Mcdonald's - Fullerton

My only complaint was that I couldn't plug my devices in. But I also understand that you are not responsible for providing my electricity. But the food was good and the service was excellent.

Today, I had to collaborate with my colleagues nearby. In the morning, we were looking for a light breakfast and some coffee. I decided to stop by McDonald's to grab some food. This particular McDonald's appeared clean and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our meal and felt refreshed as we returned to work.

I really like the newly renovated interior of the restaurant. However, they only provide bags instead of bowls for food. Also, you need a code to access the restroom.

The woman at the first window who took my order and handled the payment was truly exceptional. Despite the restaurant being very busy, she allowed me plenty of time to decide on my order. She even accommodated my request for two separate orders, which was a huge help. However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive ketchup with my fries, and a few days earlier I had an issue with a chicken sandwich. This is why I didn't give them a full five stars; I believe in getting what I pay for. I truly value excellent customer service. Overall, I recommend this McDonald's for their outstanding service, fresh hot food, and a nice neighborhood atmosphere.
