Flame Broiler - Fullerton

I came here on New Year's Eve which could have been an off night but it was not. I asked for a regular bowl, brown rice, with green onions, no veggies and half chicken half tofu. The prices for the proteins were the same and they were happy to oblige even though that combination was not on the menu. They made it up fast and it was delicious! The main reason I'm leaving this review even though I never do that is not only because they deserve it but because I absentmindedly forgot to tip. I'm hoping that this helps a little to make up for it. Thank you guys and Happy New Year :

As I went in it smelled like sulfur. Guy said it was the bathroom. Still ordered. Ask for chicken and beef plate. Only gave me beef. He also tried to keep 20 dollars change thinking I wasn't gonna find out. He gave me less food and I paid for a combination beef and chicken plate only got cold beef. He didn't give me a receipt to hide something. People don't go there if you do make sure you double check on everything. This guy should get fired and prosecuted.

I use to work here for 2 years i quit the owner/manger wont let you stick pay and they burn the food and dont even keep the place

I came here to purchase a chicken bowl, the chicken was so dry and burnt. Customer service was horrible, I’ll never come here again.

I don’t know why I come to this place. The chicken bowels , the chicken is always tough , dry o hard. I’ve complained to them before and they just say we just made it fresh NO SOMETHING IS WRONG. I’m not the only one who complains most of my co workers feel the same way this place is terrible .
