El Pollo Loco - Fullerton

Churros were a great disappointment – not worth the money at all. A few years back, the restaurant decided to cut costs by simply sprinkling sugar and cinnamon on the churros instead of fully coating them. Without that complete coating, they lack any real flavor. If you enjoy a churro with just a sprinkle of sugar, then you might like these, but for me, it's just not the same. I miss the delicious churros of the past, and I would gladly pay extra for the real deal. Please bring back the original churro recipe – I would love to buy it again.

Great chicken spot with friendly staff and a clean environment. The chicken can sometimes be a bit dry, but definitely give the Pollo Norteno a try!

The service is excellent, but unfortunately, I've experienced food poisoning from this restaurant three times now. I initially thought the first two incidents were due to trying different dishes. However, this time it happened with my usual order. I'm not sure why this keeps occurring, but this is the only location where I've faced this issue.

The server today had an attitude problem poor customer service. Tried the beef birria tacos, expensive not original for Mexican food. Had better tacos at Bengue's on Orangethorp for a lot less. ?

Chicken was okay. I think they need to move them faster. The chicken tends to dry out.
