The chicken is also good, but can be on the dry side, depending on who cooking. The beans are wonderful. They are solid in the texture, and they make them with 3 different types and without these skillfully gooey mess you will find in other places. The Coleslaw is fresh, not excessively sweet. The bread is also freshly baked bread by Bridgeford. The fried zucchini is excellent. Extra sauce is always included. It is not too sweet, slightly tart, and has a pepper pistol that is not too hot. In short, these are real southern ribs. Based on many small rib joints found in the south, Big B's has a pull-out side with some tables and chairs (inside and outside), fast service and ribs from someone who knows what he does. In addition, a sports bar/rib connection/ and laundromat is also owned by the same owner. The amount there is very casual and recitative hairstyles, plasters and a preference of trucks and SUVs point of parking. They smoke outside, and a group can always find food, drink television. Overall, it is a slightly more complex amount. It is a place where people know each other, and if you are not known, you will soon be enough.
Customer service here is excellent. I felt like home. The food is delicious. I had the bbq beef sandwich, coleslaw, potato salad and fried zucchini. Everything was delicious. You have a lot of parking in front and back. You can also sit on the covered terrace next door at Brian’s. I highly recommend this place. And I even spoke to the manager who said they'd get their ingredients locally.
Best BBQ in town. Great value and wonderful customer service. Call and order the family meal for pickup. They won't be disappointed.
I'm from NC (Home of BBQ) and these are the best ribs I've ever had.
Fair prices, good food, friendly staff. I had a pork ribs dinner with baked beans and Cole Slav. Everything was good. They delivered additional BBQ sauce on the side. The meat was very delicate, but tasted like the sauce was applied only after cooking. Some like it like this, but I like a bit of the sauce touch to get into the meat or at least have it tasted. However, I was very happy overall.
