후배님 추천으로 갔던 토요코인 호텔 근처 맛집입니다. 일본 현지인들에게 더 유명한 맛집이라 뻘줌할 수 있으나 한국어 메뉴판도 있고 주인분이 너무 친절하십니다ㅋ 물론 음식도 엄청 맛있고요.

I recently dined at Biscスs, a cozy restaurant in a quiet neighborhood. I decided to try their famous Yellowtail Belly and Yellowtail Sashimi in advance. Personally, I was impressed by the tender texture of the Yellowtail Belly. The chef also recommended their Yellowtail Sashimi with sesame seeds, which was a delightful combination. The staff mentioned that it can be enjoyed with sashimi, and I must say, it was very flavorful and juicy. The miso soup at the end was a perfect way to conclude the meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering a variety of sake options to complement the dishes. Overall, I highly recommend Biscスs for a delightful dining experience.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is excellent, and the owner is also a lovely person, so you can have a wonderful time. There are various types of alcohol, which is a must-visit for sake lovers. All the dishes are delicious, so I think you can't go wrong with any menu that you don't usually eat. I didn't take any pictures, but I also had various other dishes. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area.
