Hakata Station Oyster - Fukuoka

This little place is so wonderful. The oysters are super fresh and of great variety throughout Japan. The rock oysters are particularly delicious. Staff are amazing. I ordered 12 oysters and decided to grill the last 4 to taste the difference. It was done at 500 yen each extra, but was nicely done and really worth it because I was the one who made the uncomfortable demand. Peach Bellini is also delicious!

Absolutely excellent. The rubber bomb is particularly large (it comes as a set with crab rice and the rubber bomb itself. Really great take on Kreol cuisine and a certain must when you love Gumbo.
