Ginza Bacana Joia Hakata - Fukuoka

I loved this place. It was my first experience with churrasco, the Brazilian bbq. I can't compare with the authentic thing, but I can tell my friends and I enjoyed cooking the meat on spits. The staff walks around with various grilled meats and cuts off your selection. You have to try the pineapples in the end. The pineapple and cinnamon combination is divine. There is also a small buffet area from pages, but I recommend you to save most space for meat and pineapple.

What makes the food more delicious are the employees! I was lived in Brasil for 6 months, I'm always hungry for Brasil BBQ. We were few different Brazil Churrasco (BBQ in Japan, this is the one we prefer. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere (I am not here for fine food! I want Brazilian passion! The staff looks cool at first glance, but as soon as we sit, we were thrilled! Food is very delicious. I don't eat beef (my family does, but the pig and chicken really blow my head! It is already embedded in our list of food when we come to Fukuoka for the next time:

Delicious food and quiet the experience if you’ve never had Brazilian barbecue. Staff was friendly and engaging. A bit expensive but definitely worth it.

Two hour all you can eat and drink. It's a Brazilian style meat place where you have to flip a coin to notify the server is you want more meat or not. The down side of this was that the servers do not make frequent rounds, so the all you can eat is limited. I would recommend to have the server serve you a lot when they come along instead of one or two slices. The choices of all you can drink was pretty good. At the end we were told that our two hour was over, and after that they were a bit pushy to get us out to accommodate their next reservation. Over all not bad but my explanation explains it.
