It was born as a laboratory for take-away and nibble pizza on site with counters and stools for tasting the freshly baked product and I must say that it has achieved great success. Throughout the evening I noticed a considerable coming and going between the collection of rounds and shovels and consumption on the spot with a drink in tow. The pizza dough is very digestible, the pizza is Roman style, therefore thin, crunchy at the edges and well seasoned with fresh and genuine products. Personally I tried the white vegetarian one and it gave me good sensations, then a reinforcement from a friend who had given in to one of the stuffings (buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, raw ham and basil) and I have to say that that wasn 't bad at all either. Among the fried foods I tasted the home made supplì (very good and well fried); there are obviously other fried foods available but I preferred to try the Roman classic par excellence. Commercial bottled beers (ichnusa, ribbon azzurro and peroni), coca cola and water in the fridge, nice and fresh for those who taste on site. Very good value for money as the pizza is worth a lot. Try it and you won 't be disappointed! Wonderful pizza, both white and red, perfect seasoning, perfect sauce, cooked to perfection. friendly and very nice and helpful staff, I also ate the suppli and honestly there wasn't anything I didn't find perfect. This evening I took three pizzas and none of them were liked, very thin pizza with a lot of mozzarella on top that didn't even melt well so it then becomes rubbery, the vegetarian one with little seasoning and only with fresh cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and a few courgettes, (tell me if you can call it vegetarian pizza! also burnt suppli, I don't recommend.
