While we were waiting for the hour to pass to go to dinner, I thought I'd take a look at this small, well-stocked wine shop where the figure of Paola dominates. After a 5 minute conversation we decided to follow his advice for an aperitif with Irish oysters. They were truly the best oysters I have ever eaten.
