Nietmann`s - Fuessen

On the return from our ski holiday we spent a wonderful evening at our stop at fishing in nietmanns. eating was only mega! a small but fine menu. all fresh, superior quality and deliciously prepared. super nice host! a perfect conclusion of a beautiful holiday. absolutely recommended! we are happy to stop at nietmann.

Restaurant with very nice ambiente and very friendly service. the rather small card (which is not critique) is a little unusual and probably best to describe with fusion cuisine. local, Asian and Indian elements can be found here again. in any case it was delicious and very appealing. also the price-performance ratio is consistent.
