Kabuliyan - Fürth

Tucked away in a little side-street off the quaint old streets of the Fuerth Altstadt ( old town), Kabuliyan is a hidden gem and of the region's best-kept secrets.The food is authentic, yummy, fresh and slow food at its best. I ordered the Kabuli pulav , vegetarian and it came with the yummiest aubergines with cucumber-garlic yoghurt sitting pretty on top. My friends ordered a variety of kebabs and rices and everyone looked so happy and content.We were a rather large group, so its understandable that the service was slow, but to be fair, it was too slow at times and a couple of the orders were bungled up. Thats about the only criticism I have about the place.But when the food is as good, the people are sure to come back. Next time, it will be the Bolani for me. And maybe some Pherni.

I was in afghanistan, and this is the real deal inside and outside the owners is a wonderful person! they will see the difference in taste compared to the neighboring afghanistans. perfect service/food and very clean restaraunt, keeps the good work, my friend!
