Dim Sum - Fürth

That the Vietnamese dishes in the dim sum are really original Vietnamese, has been confirmed by several people. I can't judge this myself, but I think it's more important that they are all really original tasty. it is difficult to pick up favorites here, especially original are definitely Vietnam sushi or the crispy nudules. for vegetarian and people who do not dare Vietnamese there are also Thai and Chinese dishes that are equally convincing (especially the yellow curry is a manifestation). the spatiality comes openly stood a bit trist, but what is more than compensated by the grandiose eating and the loving owners. for many years an absolute secret tip for edibles.

All dishes, but especially the traditional Vietnamese, are incredibly delicious. freshly prepared, best crumbled and very authentically cooked. the ambiente is simple but the couple of dim sum are very friendly hosts. Search in many cities for good Vietnamese, traditional cuisine and see forths dim sum currently as best.

An amazing original restaurant, with original decoration from vietnam. the claws were the hit. for Thursday we have a stew with goat meat and taro for two people we are curious.

I'm very happy with eating. it is hot when it comes and tastes excellent. always ask when I'm in the front.
