Panda Express - Ft Walton Beach

2022: Great food. Their chicken is nice and soft. The rice and noodles were undercooked, so we couldn't enjoy the rice especially since it was hard and very oily. But we love the chicken and sauce2/18/2024 the apple pies are not worth the price. The apple square chunks tasted like they were from a can. Doesn't taste like real apples. The apple pie itself is thin and mostly bread.

Small portions. I ordered a $10 bowl and you would think it came off the kids menu. It was good though.

They need to do better. Customer service should be your number one priority and they all need a refresher class!

Best Panda I've ever been to -maybe because it's not in a mall- the food was tasty and fresh. Friendly smiling servers, too. A new favorite since I've just moved to FWB ??

Edited to add: I’ve been back to this restaurant numerous times since the original review and the food and service has improved significantly.Somewhat disappointing. Very slow in the drive thru, I think you need to hire more people because it's always slow even though drive thru employees appear to be working. Broccoli Beef had no beef, just scrapings from bottom of pan and the broccoli was not cooked enough. Side order of veggies was practically not cooked at all, the vegetables were actually hard like a raw carrot. Chow Mein noodles were dry. Overall, not a good meal or pleasant experience.
