The staff was super friendly and was joking around the restaurant was pretty much packed out. The food was steaming hot and the atmosphere was peaceful even though it was packed it was still pretty quiet. Braums is a good place to eat. Overall it's very well maintained and they have many flavors of Ice Cream to take home plus they're having their 2 for $7 deal right now so if you love your Ice Cream hurry in and see if they have your flavors. They also sell their freshly made cookies, milk and chocolate milk, sweet tea, and other drinks.

Stood at register for several minutes as workers would look at me including management but no one came to take my order. No cups for sauces had to use cup lids. Braums self serve sauce spout broken unable to get very much as I squeezed the pouch. ketchup self serve lids laying off to the side had to put it together to get any. Self serve ares dirty and unkept. Once register operator came she was cordial. Took order and order received quickly, hot and good.
