Tremont Tavern - Ft Oglethorpe

Atmosphere was the only thing moderately acceptable about the experience. we spent almost 2 hours in the restaurant before receiving our food. after getting the food, it was room temperature at best with soggy bread. waiter showed more care for personal time than care for customers. we should’ve left early

Wasn’t overly impressed. My fries were cold. Asked for no mustard on burger and it was there. Our waiter seemed annoyed when we asked questions. There was a female working that was very kind. However for the most part there are other places I would prefer to go to.

Great burger of the month on the marble Rye and the Ghost Pepper Mayo. Extremely good patty melt. Hands down the best place to get a burger in Chattanooga.

Visited Chattanooga for a birthday trip. Scoped out local bars to try out while there. Was referred to Tremont Tavern. It is a great little dive bar. Good atmosphere. I didn’t give a five star as they did not have my beer of choice (yes it was on the menu) or fried pickles (also on the menu). I did enjoy my Guinness and fried chicken tenders instead, both were delicious!

The food (burgers, salads, chicken tenders, etc) are always great and the staff is on top of everything. It’s small, and can get crowded, but things move quickly.
