Texas Roadhouse - Ft Oglethorpe

I love Texas road house and will go to the one in hixson. This location has worse parking than the last location. You have to park at the mall and cross a road with no cross walk just to wait an hour to eat. When you get checked in their system won’t text you even when you have triple checked your number was entered correctly and the staff wanted to argue about it. I love Texas road house. Our server was great and so was the food but the check in staff and parking needs to be worked on.

They refuse to seat you if you’re waiting on someone. So we sat by the door and waited then walked to the hostess stand to notify her that our guest was in the parking lot and walking in. She STILL wouldn’t seat us. We’re finally seated and the music is obnoxiously LOUD. No chance to converse with your party at this place unless you want to yell over the music. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich which isn’t pulled chicken, it’s just a piece of breast meat with BBQ sauce slapped on top. The prices weren’t bad but I wouldn’t come back.

I picked my sirloin and how I liked it cooked. They nailed it, so tender and tasty.

Our favorite place for a good steak! Servers are always courteous and steak is cooked as ordered!!!

We were sat in a back corner small table for 4 beside a table for 6 expanded to accommodate 8 plue two small children, making for uncomfortable seating. Hostess thought it would be okay. There were empty seating in the same area. The roll were very cold not enjoyable. The server was at the table.5 times checking on drinks. I got my first drink of water and no more, 8m even though she delivered drinks reaching over mine. Occurred today, wait was not bad even though it was Sunday at 11:30 am. My expectations were not met. Usually good. Not today..
