Cadence Coffee Company - Ft Oglethorpe

Didn't even get to see menu or adjust eyes to inside after bright sun outside, was told to go outside, right when i came in door, they do not allow service dogs....

100% pleased with my Iced Vanilla Latte I had 2X today from Cadence Coffee. Iced Coffee lovers, you must try this location! For brunch, I had their more pickled chicken salad croissant. Very delicious. The owners and employees were very kindhearted and made my first time visit so special.

Stopped by on vacation and loved this place. I wish it was my local spot. The service is incredible. I was immediately made to feel like a regular. You can tell the people who work here enjoy it and enjoy making each person who walks through the door comfortable. I left more joyful than I came.

Stopped by after spending a night in downtown Chattanooga for a show. I always seek out good local coffee shops instead of subpar coffee chains... this place not only had sweet, attentive employees that made you feel right at home, and amazing coffee drinks, they had some of the freshest, tastiest breakfast foods we have had anywhere! Wonderful, calming place to go have some yummy treats!

I want to share an unfortunate experience my partner had at this establishment from a staff member with blue hair. During a severe thunderstorm, he was sitting outside, waiting for his dad to pick him up. Seeking shelter from the rain, he was met with hostility instead of understanding. A woman from the premises sharply ordered him to leave and even threatened police action. While maintaining order is important, the lack of compassion and respect shown during such a distressing situation was deeply disappointing. This business should train their staff to handle similar situations with empathy and respect. I hope this feedback encourages the establishment to improve their customer service to ensure everyone is treated with basic human decency that they claim to believe in.
