Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fruita

It’s really sad to see a local ice cream shop in Fruita can’t deliver frozen ice cream I mean that’s what ice cream isevery time we go there it’s melted you might as well give me milk in a cup. We’ve gone there multiple times in the future and it’s the same every time and we thought tonight would give it one last try and same thing milk in a cup. They don’t even tip the blizzards upside down anymore because it’s so melted. It’s pretty sad that they’re making these orders so far in advance whiles cars are sitting in line and it’s just sitting there melting it’s disgusting and it’s very degrading. From now on, I’ll just go to the local cupcake shop to get ice cream. Pretty sad a cupcake shop has better ice cream, then a franchise ice cream store..

I really hate to be this person but this place stinks! They never get my order right, I’m always missing something, ALWAYS! Fries, toast, sauce, several chicken strips, it’s always something! And the workers attitudes suck. They clearly hate their job. They definitely need to be more thorough in their hiring process because no one is friendly, or apologetic. They’re very inconvenienced by you deciding to eat at Dairy Queen. So do them a solid and go somewhere else. Don't expect fast service or correct orders, because it's not going to happen. We live in Fruita and again had a 20+ minute wait for incorrect food. Only to receive sarcasm from staff and lack of attention toward customers. 4 cars waiting with 3 more in line and about 5 customers waiting inside. Highly suggest driving to Munchies, BK, McDonalds or drive to Grand Junction for a better experience. I've left feedback with the corporate office. Honestly feel that the Owner does not care, because this is not the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time.
