We were a group of 10 friends staying for a few days. The hotel is great, it is beautiful and very clean. However, the hotel manager turned out to be a disappointment; A charming treatment but the management of the stay was really disastrous. He alleged problems of lack of staff, but such a circumstance cannot have an impact on good customer service. We advise being very careful with this person, because over the phone and at first everything is great and wonderful, but later, he does not comply with what he says. Be careful with reservations, some are made by mail and others by phone. In both cases, it omits important information, or sells services that it does not offer later. Proof of this is that the first night, after having booked by mail, he did not have us signed up and we slept miraculously... we had also ordered dinner from him and he left us stranded at 10pm at night. The breakfast, as indicated, can be simple or complete (without indicating prices), but really there is only one type of breakfast and it is very regular, especially since it puts inedible frozen previously baked bread, also without products that they had told us on the phone were included such as eggs/omelette, served very late with respect to the set time, etc... When it was time to pay, he tried to collect cash without an invoice. He only gave us a piece of paper in pen saying that he would send us the invoice, but after a month has passed, he has not sent us anything. It does not have price lists, an information board or complaint forms. In our opinion, to stay in this establishment you must make a reservation in advance by email and agree with this person absolutely all the details in writing.
