Ten Mile Tavern Copper Mountain

The service was friendly, but it was quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The menus were sticky, and our appetizers arrived at the same time as our main courses. The server didn’t inquire about how we wanted our steaks cooked, and the pasta was overcooked. Additionally, our water glasses were not refilled. The quality of the food varied from average to disappointing. Overall, this restaurant did not live up to expectations, even for a ski resort.

The food was delicious, but it was a bit expensive for what you get. Additionally, the restaurant was really cold, which made us want to eat quickly and leave.

Fantastic food and outstanding service! This has become our new favorite spot at the base of Copper!

We had a reservation for counter seating but the hostess was able to give us a table. We had a great waitress who was very personable despite it being very busy. Two in my party ordered the gnocchi and I was surprised at how good it was. Burger and fried chicken were also good. Lots of different sports events on the TVs.

There were six of us in total, and after placing our orders, we ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes for our food. This was surprising given that only a few tables were occupied, so it was clear the restaurant wasn’t busy. It even appeared that the cooks were sitting at another table, just hanging out and chatting. This was very unprofessional! When we finally received our food, my boyfriend and I shared a hamburger that tasted like it had been sitting around for days, while the French fries were cold and incredibly chewy. When we mentioned this to our server, she could only offer us fresh fries, and then she rudely remarked, “I don’t know about the hamburger; I literally just watched them put it on the grill,” rolling her eyes as she walked away. To top it off, when we got our checks, she didn’t offer any discounts on our meals! This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I will not return to this restaurant, and I hope that our server faces consequences for her attitude and incompetence. This level of service is simply unacceptable! Vegetarian options: None available.
