Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Frisco

The food is good, but I almost always have an issue with my order being incomplete or incorrect when I go through the drive-thru. After my last visit, where the order was wrong again, I contacted the manager. She offered me a gift card as compensation, but I never received it. It would be wonderful to have a dependable Tex-Mex restaurant for quick dinners on hectic nights, but Rosa's has disappointed me multiple times.

Every restaurant location I visit is decent; it's clean and well-presented. However, I strongly advise against ordering the cheese enchiladas! They come with a hard clump of cheese inside the tortilla, which is absolutely awful. As for the chicken enchiladas, they are completely dry and lack any sauce on the inside. This time, I tried the nachos, and they were just okay—nothing to get excited about.

I have to say, I absolutely love this Rosa's! In all the times I’ve visited—almost daily for breakfast over the last four years—I’ve never received an incorrect order. On the rare occasion when there was a mistake with my chorizo and bean taco, I went back through the drive-thru and not only did they fix it, but they also gave me a second taco! Now that's what I call great customer service. I can confidently say that this is the place to eat. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious! You definitely won't be disappointed!

Rosa's is one of the finest Mexican restaurants around. The prices are reasonable, and the food is outstanding. The atmosphere is very clean and authentically reflects Mexican culture with vibrant colors. Food: 5/5.

The food is decent, but dining in is always a better experience. The drive-thru staff could use more training! I've often received my food either flipped upside down or spilled all over, with items opening in the bag. They managed to give me my correct order, but also included someone else's order, which was a mess. Overall, I would rate the drive-thru experience as a zero. Food rating: 3/5.
