Try somewhere else. Their customer service is below zero. Feels like you owe them something. First time I let it go. But happened again today. Look around. Couple of better places walking distance.

So just walked out of this place. The cookie Sunday looks nothing like the picture. But More concerning not a single employee was wearing a glove. Everyone handled money and food with the same ungloved band, and My server was coughing hard while making my ice cream Sunday (which now makes me want to ditch it).As someone who’s been good service certified in TX, I noticed another 2 3 violations as well. Would not recommend and hope the health dept makes a visit.

Ordered a tray of cookies and ice cream and requested utensils. They sent this with a picture cutout of white plastic spoons. Called the owner and I don’t think even he believe me. Make it make sense

Nestle Toll House cafe is my favorite franchise, but this location is terrible. Utterly unsanitary (as other reviewers have noted), and the staff/owners are unable to communicate intelligibly. Finally, when I came to pick up my cake (which was a gift) it was cracked in half. The manager insisted that it was “fine” and that this “just happens.” Don’t waste your time or money here. There are other locations in the area that have superior management, sanitation practices, and staff.

Great cookies. Fast, friendly service. Can't ask for any more!
