Nekter Juice - Frisco

Every time I come here I have issues with my order. It never fails. Either someone doesn't know how to use the machine or they get the order wrong or they forget something or they don't have it ready and totally misplace my items. This time I get into an argument with one of the employees about a ginger shot. I've been ordering from Nekter for 10+ years from different states when I lived there and I've never had someone give me a ginger shot with barely anything in the container. The girl got smart with me and argued that it was 2oz and that I should know this because it's on the website. It's not! And then she showed me the register to prove her point. She probably didn't measure it right. Then she continued to get sarcastic with me, screw this place! Terrible employees and customer service. Whoever is the manager is terrible for hiring people like this.Edited update: I just realize large juice wasn't full, about 2-3 inches of the cup was empty. So these girls also didn't even give me a full cup of juice that I paid for. Like almost 1/3 of it was empty. What the heck, man. This place sucks!!!Update:I got a response from Nekter and all they addressed was the fact that the ginger shots are 2 ounces in a 3. whatever cup. Didn't even address the customer service experience, the girl copping an attitude and getting smart or sarcastic, or the fact that their advertisement is misleading, or that my second item that I ordered wasn't full, either. I ordered a green drink that was missing a good portion of the drink. So I paid for a large and didn't get it. Absolute terrible resolution.

Nice concept, girls working at not friendly though, throw attitude towards each other like it’s nothing, and don’t even greet you. Makes you not want to spend money here..

So I left this place about two hours ago. I walked in two girls were behind the counter, blending something. I was never acknowledged for the 4 to 5 minutes that I was there. They just continue to do what they were doing. There’s no one else in the place. And I walk out. I will never step foot in this place again!! I thought that was very rude and they could have at least acknowledge me, and said they were busy, but no. Nothing! And this is probably why they have no one in there establishment. If they have two customers they’d probably lose their minds!No thank you.. they saw me and eye contact was made!
