Marianas Taco Shop - Frisco

Marianas Taco Shop is a delightful little gem that truly won me over! I was itching for some Menudo, and after checking out reviews of different places, I decided to give this one a shot—and I’m so glad I did. The Menudo brought me back to my childhood with its rich flavor and generous servings of meat. I loved it so much that I went back for another bowl the very next day, and I returned again the following weekend. Just a heads-up: they only serve it on Saturdays and Sundays. I also sampled the barbacoa and lengua tacos, both of which were fantastic. My daughter ordered a mini quesadilla, which she thoroughly enjoyed, although the rice was a bit too spicy for her liking. That was fine by me, as I got to enjoy it and found it quite delicious. My husband had the torta and said it was good, though nothing exceptional. The horchata, however, was truly amazing. I highly recommend Marianas, and I’m now officially a devoted customer!

There may be several Mexican restaurants in North Texas, but very few authentic flavors. Mariana's has the authentic Mexican flavor, not the usual tex-mex found in most places in the area. My Mexican wife and I are glad we found Marianas!
