Little Caesars Pizza - Frisco

The pizza was not quite as boiled as it was very doughy when we were there someone else brought back their pizza to say the same, but they gave them another pizza, but we were on the street so that we were not back because we were too far and it really sucked and we love Little Caesars, but this particular was a no-go for us

Manager Ethan is a great guy with top notch customer service! I had a large order for a group gathering and when I got there I realized the deserts weren't there. It was as much my fault for not checking before leaving as it was their's. I called to explain and couldn't go back as I would miss the meeting. Ethan took my name and number and said to let him know when I was gonna order again. When I did he made everthing right and then some!!! Thank you Ethan for the amazing customer service, especially in times like we are in now where customer service is pretty much non existent

I ordered a pizza online and paid for it. I get to the store and it 's closed! Locked up, no one here, lights off. It was supposed to be open 45 mins ago and there no one here! Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone either. I called another local store and they just said call customer service . Guess what, no one picked up the phone!

This place is a joke. Ordered online and currently writing this review while waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready 33 mins ago. You can hear people joking around in the back, the muted the phones so good luck calling, and only one cashier.

With all my reviews I try to never give one star reviews and I thought about it real hard for this one. Do not go here..... they will serve and sell you things they do not have at hand whether its via online order and or phone order with a 45 mins heads up...they have struck out with me, I should of taken the hints of customers before me going off on the staff but the desire for stuffed crazy bread was real. I tried the little elm store and the customer service that was provided as a whole from both stores petrified me. Just go far away as possible from these locations and maybe you will find one that meets the demand * *
