The food is good, not gonna lie, but there are some things they can improve on. First of all, instead of offering some kind of bagged chips, they should offer french fries. Secondly, some of the chips (Doritos and Cheetos) they offer are haraam, despite they claim that they sell 100% halal stuff.

Amazing barbecue and smoked chicken. Very friendly staff and the prices are very reasonable. This isn’t a chain barbecue house, and I will definitely be back with my friends. Frisco Smokehouse is one of those finds rarely out in the North Dallas food scene. The sides are a meal in themselves!

Excellent Brisket with pathetic customer service and Etiquette with the cashier (my experience was on Sep 10 around 8:00PM)...First the food....The Brisket is nice and moist and this was our second experience and will be coming back..Smoked beans were pretty good as well but smoked chicken was a little on the dry side (tried on first visit a few days back)..Coming back to customer service...They missed Mashed potatoes and beans to put in the order, so I had to drive back..Honest mistake but the way they addressed the issue was pathetic. The girl on the front desk listened to my issue then took her sweet time to complete other work before getting the missed items to me....without a single word of apology..So I mentioned that since it was their mistake a simple apology could go a long way towards customer service and she comes back with a big sarcastic comment I am sorry..Is that good for you..! ..On the other side the guy, who cuts the brisket for you is humble, friendly and great....
