Chipotle Mexican Grill - Frisco

I've been here several times, and I couldn't be happier with my daily burrito fix. The lines are usually short, and they move quickly. The food is always spot on and perfectly cooked. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value for what you get. I absolutely love it!

I was very disappointed with the decline in quality at Chipotle. The food was lukewarm, the steak was cold, and the restaurant wasn't clean. We drove past the worst location at Eldorado and Legacy, and honestly, they both seem to be on the same level. Given the recent reviews, we should have known better.

I’ve had enough of Chipotle. Every time I visit for dinner, it’s a disappointing experience. I walked in and tried the new steak, but it was ICE COLD! What’s going on? The chips have also gone downhill; I don’t know what they’ve changed in the recipe, but they always taste stale and have an off-putting aftertaste that ruins my guacamole. We spent $30 on two bowls and guacamole, but nothing tasted fresh or satisfying. I won’t be coming back for another meal here.

This Chipotle site is very frustrating and it has often left me unsatisfied. I have been ordering online from this site for almost 2 years and the quality of the service has gradually deteriorated. Especially in the last few times my order was either wrong, inadequate, or both occasional. The location is near my house, which makes it an ideal place to order from, and although I love Chipotle, it has left me down on many occasions.

I've given this location several chances but each time I go I feel as if I am a burden to the employees. They are very unfriendly and seem very bothered with your order. The root of this issue is management. The manager obviously does not manage his/her employees and allows this type of behavior, show your employees some direction and discipline so they will enjoy their jobs and stop taking it out on the paying customer! ?
