Buca Di Beppo Italian - Frisco

The management and the staff went beyond and beyond. I was in a lot of nice and causative restaurants, but we felt like we were the only people there. I can't say enough about the quality of food that love to detail and the incredible personal. we will be once again a hundred times and thank them for making our special day so incredible, that is a day that we will not forget soon.

Eat was great! the service was slow. the reservation was at 6:30 a.m., only arrived at 8:30 a.m.

Buca is mediocre. had no many possibilities of sites made on nye reservations.

Food was really disappointing— tasted like frozen chicken parmigiana with no side of spaghetti (the only restaurant that does not) . Stuffed chicken with prosciutto was burnt and very little flavor. The waiter actually told us he would give us bread when he was ready not when we asked for it because he didn’t want us to eat it before our main meals arrived. We were really disappointed with the food quality.

Way too much red onion in the bruschetta and server was VERY flustered and scattered. Forgot about order for a beer, and we could tell she was having a tough time staying on top of things. It also appeared the restaurant was pretty understaffed. We may have just picked a bad time to go, but our last experience at the Park Lane location was MUCH better.
