Ascension Coffee The Star - Frisco

I used to love their coffee and food. Lately this place has gone downhill. Last week we came in for 4 coffee drinks to go and it took about 15mins wait. Today our group finished our food and still no coffee. Just not worth it anymore.Food: 3/5

We went there at about 3 pm. The place was a mess. Many dirty dishes on tables from the lunch crowd earlier. Crumbs were everywhere including tables, chairs, and benches. The tables needed to be bussed and were not. The floor had a lot of trash and needed to be swept. The girl taking our order was rude. I said, “Hello” and did not get a response. She acted like doing her job taking our order was an inconvenience. The coffee was good but the place was dirty and honestly gross!

Located in frisco in a very nice area! Service was a bit slow and we had to go up and ask for our food after waiting for around 30 minutes (they forgot to bring it to us).I got the cardamom bee cold brew and I asked them to add oat milk (which was a mistake). I think it'd probably taste way better by itself.

A great location, the app for ordering is good, and the service is prompt and friendly. The wait staff seem pretty busy on Saturday, no one checked up, but the food came very quickly once ordered and is of good quality. Coffee Americano a good choice.Food: 5/5

Too cool for me. Server “Noor D” must be too cool for me. I come here at least 4-5 times per week. Noors Attitude was off the chart. Not helpful at all with an office order. Felt like I was bothering her. Oh well. Time to try a different place. Done with this place.Food: 4/5
