Whataburger - Friendswood

This is the most frustrating Whataburger location I have ever encountered. The staff seem uninterested in customer service and, right after you place your order, they make you park just a few feet in front of the window. This causes a problem for the person behind you if they ordered something quick like a shake or a drink, as they get stuck in gridlock while waiting 30 minutes for their order. This system is really dangerous; if someone’s car breaks down or if there’s a medical emergency, there’s no way for anyone to get help, and emergency services can’t access the area. I'm not sure if there's a new manager, but I've been coming to this Whataburger for 20 years, and this issue has only started in the last few months.

I've had a great experience at this Whataburger. The food is always well-prepared, and the service is excellent. I have no complaints!

The drive-thru had seven cars waiting, but the line moved quickly. My order was accurate, including all my special requests! The food was hot and really satisfied my cravings!

Waited over an hour for a ?fast food? burger. Not sure what is going on at this location but I don?t think I?ll be back. I wish we told about the extra long wait before they got our money we got stuck in line. Terrible experience.

I have tried this location multiple times since it?s on the way to work and they have messed up every single time. i usually just deal with it and eat it but today i had no choice but throw it away. i got a potato and egg breakfast taco with avocadoand jalapeño. the avocado they put on it was completely brown and had gone bad. i threw it up immediately after taking onebite. this was the last straw and i will never waste my money here again
