The Habit Burger Grill - Fresno

Got curbside pickup for my char burger with cheese. The only change I made was for no tomato. When I got my food my burger had tomato and no onions, it’s irritating because I don’t have time to wait for them to fix the order

I like the Habit...it is tasty and a very friendly environment. Regina is always happy to serve us..

Don’t bother with curbside. They are those people that don’t bring the food out if you don’t tip. Don’t offer curbside if you don’t want to provide the service! When I went in 30 mins later they touched my food and said it wasn’t cold!! After sitting on the counter for 30 mins. So crazy to me!! I had them remake the food, mistake on my part. They just microwaved my burgers and re-fried my fires. Customer service is dead! This is why you will never be better than In Out.

Employees seemed to just be going thru motions. Not genuine. Food was so very sloppily put together. But it still tasted great.
