Texas Roadhouse - Fresno

Came here for our anniversary. The wait was 40 minutes and it was jam packed on a Friday night.We ordered a sprite and a lemonade as and when we got our drinks the lemonade had some white specks inside the cup floating around and it looked like it was ranch or possibly soap. The cup was visibly dirty and we asked for another one. The waitress was super nice about it, but it should've been checked before serving to customers. Not only our drinks were affected but there was another table who asked for new drinks because the cups were dirty as well. We ordered the fried pickles, the smoke house burger with fries and the 12 oz rib eye with corn and mash potatoes with brown gravy. The pickles were a little bit salty for my tasting. The burger was kinda meh and the ribeye was warm. In the picture of the rib eye, I didn't get my mash potatoes with brown gravy, they gave me the loaded one and still charged me for the loaded when I told the waitress I ordered brown gravy. Again, she was super nice about it and brought me one with the brown gravy, but I think I wouldn't come back here. It's not really something that I'd go out of my way for.

The Rolls The Rolls The Rolls. Now I have more body rolls! I like their bread service. Our waiter was great! And the food was good. Really enjoyed the ambiance.

I would have given the Texas Roadhouse 5 star.. But the manager never called me back after I just wanted to express my takeout order was missing bread butter. I had placed a large order $121.00 and had ordered half dozen extra bread it came with butter and the regular bread that you get with your order was missing also... I love the Texas Road have been coming for 20 years... We lived in Union City Ca., Tracy Ca... moved to Houston Tx, now in Fresno... I've always been extremely grateful and Satisfied beyond words.. So after readings the reviews of the Fresno location very disappointed in management.... I left a $25.00 tip for my take order....
