Starbucks - Fresno

On January 8th, 2022, I ordered coffee and egg dishes in the afternoon. Unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant was not pleasant. The person who took my order was not very friendly and when my order was brought to me, it was incorrect. Instead of fixing the mistake, the server gave me the wrong order and even laughed when serving it to me. The eggs were overcooked and the cheese was burnt and discolored. I had to go back inside to have my drink corrected, but instead of making a new drink, the server simply poured the same drink into a new cup in front of me. One of the baristas, named Nas, seemed unprofessional and I don't plan on returning to this place. I found a much better dining experience at a different restaurant today.

I was disappointed that they didn't have decaf coffee available for me this time. I'm not sure if they don't carry it regularly, but when I tried to order some, I was told it was sold out. Despite this, the employees were very friendly and provided good customer service.

Love this place. Asked them to make me something random for my bday free drink and they made me this. Delicious ? definitely loved it.Update wrong location. This service was done at ashlan and west location.
