Rally's - Fresno

I stopped by because I had a coupon for free fries. I don't have a Rally's in my town, but I sign up for promos from local restaurants when I travel. I didn't know I could only use a drive thru. I hate them, but in an effort to try something new Iwent thru. I was quickly greeted. I placed my order and mentioned my coupon. It seemed they were aware of it and did notquestion me or asked any questions except if I wanted anything else. I ordered funnel fries. While waiting for my order theyoung man with the football body noticed my In N Out cup. With a huge smile he said his fries were better. He told me about themenu and said I had to go back and try them. I told him I found them by accident shopping the Pacific market on the same lot.He was polite and made me feel welcomed. The tall young man handed me my bag and it was all there. I'm happy I stopped by. Ihope these two boys are recognized for their customer service. Ya Sabes, 8/1/22 5:30-6pm Sorry no pictures. Well it took about 8-9 minutes before they finally noticed me at the window. I was actually calling them on the phone when they did see me. But other than that I suppose the service was not horrible I guess..I would not recommend anyone to go here oranything like that.

Wish the presentation of their food was better. Big Buford combo I got looked like something out of fever dream
