Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fresno

The customer service was very disappointing. In the back, two employees were distracted on their phones while five customers waited at the counter without any assistance. My companion and I repeatedly asked for napkins and plates, but we were ignored for another five minutes. When we finally received our items, the staff had an attitude. Considering I spent $60 on a family meal, I expected better service. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming, with half the menu items unavailable. The soda machine in the lobby was out of order, common utensils were missing, and it took a long time for them to help us when we asked for these items.

The chicken was served in tiny portions, the service was very slow, the dining room was uncomfortably cold, and the side dishes were only half full. This experience makes it difficult to want to return.

Great job to the manager on duty! I didn't get the chance to ask for their name, but keep up the fantastic work!

Chicken and mashed potatoes and biscuits were good. Should have been offered the honey and butter for the biscuits. Disappointed in lack of sides options because they were out of so much. Need to go to the restroom and needed a code to get in, when I gotthe code there was no toilet paper or seat covers went out and informed the staff and they came back with I'm sorry we don'thave those supplies to fix that. So my family and I promptly left.

It was Sunday my first time ever going to Popeyes and they tell me they are out of $6 Hushpuppy Shrimp Meal will not have any more till Tuesday so the following Sunday I call this location 7x over a 2 hour period to see if they have the Hushpuppy Shrimp,but the phone just rings rings and No answer. Another bunch of FAST FOOD CLOWNS who really don't care about their Business!!!
