Panera Bread - Fresno

This place is never wrong in any way! My favorite items here are the scones definitely! And when I saw they had a bag with both lemon and blueberries I was so happy! I had a coffee to pair with them. The atmosphere is always nice and relaxed. The staff wassuper friendly and helpful. My girls love the Mac and cheese!!! Specially with bacon! We love it here!

I tried the new chicken sandwich today...and I'm really disappointed. Over priced, Tasteless, cold, small, is how I described my so called spicy chicken sandwich... this place has questionable quality...I can get better food at kfc.. half the cost

Always clean and relaxing atmosphere. Fresh Greek salad with added chicken, and a yummy Chicken Salad Sandwich on Sourdough.

8/12/22. The order taker was a guy who appeared to high on something and was more interested in playing on his phone than helping us decide our order. Refused to let us enter Panera rewards. Food was good. Service was bad out front. Food processingfolks apologized and were great which earned the 3 stars.

The only reason I gave two stars was because the food was good. The eating area was filthy, the bathrooms were dirty and didn't have any supplies. One young man that was working seemed more interested in his friends and using foul language then doing hisjob. Panera is usually very clean and a really good place to eat. This is a fairly new store and you wouldnt know from theappearance. You cant fix stuff if you dont know about. I hope you elevate the level of this store.
