Nick The Greek - Fresno

To think that this location compares to the bay areas is laughable. As a silicon valley native I was excited and highly anticipating this locations opening, but my experience was unpleasant and the food was not up to the same standard. Not only wasthe food thrown together but the person who seemed to be management was rude and dismissive though I smiled and greeted thecashier and staff. He was off-putting and gave a very prejudice vibe which is not a good look in this day and age. Needless tosay I will no longer bring my family or suggest N.T.G especially if this management has any connection to the bay locations.There are many other authentic Mediterranean places in clovis/fresno that are much more satisfying and friendly. I would suggesttreating all paying customers with the same respect as they are what keeps you in business.

My wife and I were super excited to visit the newly opened ?Nick The Greek? restaurant in Fresno. The staff was very friendly and had the opportunity to meet the owner/manager Paul Singh. He welcomed us with open arms. The place is nice, clean andlocated in a big shopping complex. We had Falafel Pita, Chicken Gyro Pita and Greek Fries. The food was hot, freshly preparedand excellent in taste. We would love to go back again and again with our family and friends.

The food was excellent. The "Greek Salad" is very similar to Dakos salad minus the bread rusk. Huge portion of feta, and the tomatoes and cucumber were super fresh.

Very disappointed, the rice was hard, the amountof chicken was small, they didnt give me all of my sauces. Overall all just a below average meal for almost $50, next time Ill just be hungry.

The rice was bland and lacked flavor. The gyro meat was sliced too thin, made up of small pieces, and didn’t have much taste. The pork skewer also lacked flavor and was served cold. I was disappointed that the only sides with the gyro plate were tomatoes and onions, which don’t really count as a side salad. For the $26 I spent trying out this new place, I was very let down. They didn’t even have beef skewers, which is what I really wanted. I gave them a try but won’t be returning. Overall, the food looked much better than it tasted, and the girl at the front counter was messing up other people’s orders before mine.
