El Sabor Michoacano Taqueria - Fresno

Food is great but their cashier at the front is rude and cannot contain his composure. My order was incorrect and did not receive a taco. The cashier said there were two veggie tacos, but only one was in the plate. I live 10+ miles away, Called multiple times and left a email. When I approached the cashier the next day, he said My bad and that I have to pay for another taco. After what it looked like his supervisor or manager talked to him, they said they would make it again but next time they cannot make one for free. At this point it was about the principle and the fact that the cashier lied his supervisor because the supervisor thought I complained due to the fact they ran out of rice and only gave me beans on the one taco. I told him it was about the taco that I did not receive, and I wouldn 't care to ask for it but I was in the area and now that the cashier lied, it made me think how many other peoples orders did he botch? He got upset and started arguing with me. Their food is great but service needs fixing, starting with the cashier. He needs to own up to his mistakes instead of trying to fight customers.

One of my newly added late night spots it's good.. The only thing there missing is chairs nd table's. Other than that there good ?

If you like taco trucks. El Sabor, will hit the spot. And when they do have El Pastor available. It’s even better.

Great taco truck. Have had several of their items good every time! Prices are great.

Love these tacos! Wife gets the veggie tacos and I get carnitas almost every time. Good hot salsa also.Vegetarian options: The do a taco with beans, rice, cabbage, onions cilantro and avocado. It's hella good!!
