Contribuiți la feedbackI came at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. I pour alone, so I decided to sit at the counter. My server was friendly and helpful and immediately got a drink. I ordered a side salad with blue cheese and a double avocado bacon cheeseburger with spiced frits. The salad was taken out within about 5 minutes and was fresh and delicious. My dinner was really timed and came out as I finished my salad. Enjoy pleasant interactions all the way with my server and the restaurant was clean and well maintained.
Here with friends hostess was probably tired and simply had no energy. She mixed our orders when food came. Also the place had a smell somehow mold slightly pee smell. Was not impressed, my burger was good, but my friends food was just OK. For example meat still a little pink not well cooked. And when I tried to pay her system, I didn't accept my debit card. Would put my pin and it would be more numbers than I intended. It was embarrassing, but finally my credit card came out to finally pay. Idk's experience here was not pleasant. I honestly didn't tip. I'm not coming back to Dennys.
Food is always good at Dennys. Service was excellent! Gerardo took our mission and was made our day with his jokes and personal attitude. Atmosphere was great until a homeless decided to walk and make a scene. The manager treats it very well cutting the tension quickly.
Wait time was short and my party was seated within minutes. The staff was super friendly and personable. Coffee was hot and fresh which was nice, and we were served our meal swiftly. The Santa Fe Skillet was great! Environment within is warm and inviting with a nice small town charm.
Denny's had the nerve to charge my card even though I called a thousand times and canceled my online order. I ordered online at the Denny's website for a different location and at checkout it automatically switched it to this location because it's closest to me. I REFUSE TO EAT FROM THIS LOCATION. I will explain why. WITHIN MINUTES of finding out the switch, I called to cancel my order and they claim they can't cancel it on their end and for me to cancel it online. THERE IS LITERALLY NO OPTION TO CANCEL IT ON YOUR OWN. So I call back and the girl says she will ask her manager. She asked her manager and says I have to cancel it through door dash, WHICH I DID. And I call back for a third time to tell them to stop making the food because how do they even know which order they are referring to?? They never asked for my name, number, NOTHING. So I have to stop them from making my food so it doesn't actually get delivered. The main reason I didn't want my food from this specific Denny's is because I ordered food in January from here, and there was a literal HAIRBALL in my food!!! So disgusting!!! They want to charge my card, well they will now be getting exposed ?. I should have posted this hairball review a long time ago.
