The owner of this Deli is very friendly very persensible so that I go out my way to make sure and go there, he reminds me from the first time that I moved into the neighborhood when he there always greets his customers and person he comes from behind the counter to spend a few minutes with you, the old school and I appreciate it and the food is super very fresh

Horribler customer service. I called to fix an order that was wrong, I was told that it was impossible that the order was wrong. When she wanted to talk to the manager, she was careless and hung up. The one star is based on its terrible responsibility and response to a mic order. And a coward to cope with the situation by hanging up.
