Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fresno

On April 28, 2022, I ordered a Burrito Bowl via the app and picked it up at 7:30pm. About 1/4 to 1/3 of the cooked rice were dehydrated kernels. Every bite got crunchier and crunchier. I finally figured out what the problem was and scooped out thepebble-hard kernels of rice the best I could. It seems like every other time I come to this Chipotle, I encounter a problem. After a few months, I return to see if things are better. They never are. This franchise has a persistent problem. I willdrive to another Chipotle that is farther away, or go to Qdoba's or Moe's.

Nice Chipotle. I have never had diaria from it. Have not tried the new chicken yet but it looks very tasty! ????????

This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever visited. The floor was dirty, the atmosphere felt grimy, and the service was just okay. I have no intention of ever going back to that Chipotle again.

This restaurant is in a great location, it's the cleanest establishment I have ever visited, and the staff is wonderful!

I loved this restaurant! The lines were short, the food was delicious and fresh. I will definitely be going back. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I ordered the burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, and chicken.
