Carl's Jr. - Fresno

My food was garbage the lettuce was old the my chicken was flat my soda had Hella ice I should of went to McDonald's it would of been cheaper and better

The server was sweet and helpful and food was reasonably ok.

Hella rude staff. They need to change the manager or lead and teach them some good customers service skills. Rude

Honestly its too bad Carl's Jr. Isn't more popular, I know every fast food place can make mistakes, its fast paced and if you've worked in food service you know. But between the two I've been to in Fresno order is accurate and foods fresh. Hasn'tdisappointed. Plus those burgers are healthy sized. Crisscut fries? Honestly its a toss up versus Ralley's battery dippedfries for overall enjoyment.

TL;DR: The food was good, but the TV was very glitchy and distracting. The food, seating, and staff are all great though, and I would still reccomend eating here. My only real problem with this Carl's Jr. is the TV in the dining area. It's ignorable, butit takes effort. In my last visit, it was glitching out and very distracting during my family's conversation. It's not adeal-breaker by any means, but it's just so noisy. I couldn't really make out anything that was said, really. It's just oddlyspecific static, and mildly annoying. The TV aside, the staff in the front were very nice; I have nothing bad to say aboutthem, I'm glad to say. When you dine in, they take the food to YOU! That's always a bit of a pleasant shock whenever me and myfamily go to Carl's Jr. Another thing is the seating. There's always room, even at lunch-hour, because the seating isliterally in a whole seperate ROOM! There's lots of places to sit, whether you want a central seat where you can see and be seenfrom everywhere, or a quiet corner for intimate eating intrigue. They rarely have food that isn't available, too. And the foodthat's there is always very good and fresh-tasting. By the time most people read this the promotion would probably be over, butthe Jurassic Burger (as of July 2022 is REALLY good and MASSIVE. I love the burgers of Carl's Jr. even if I don't like thepolitics (which has happily been somewhat rectified I believe . I took off two stars from five because of the TV. If it were aten-star system, I would give it a 7/10, to be honest, not a six, it's not THAT big of a deal. If I'm eating with you and youhave problems with background noise (ADHD or maybe you're just nervous , I would take you somewhere else. If you're on your ownwith headphones, you'll be fine. My family and I were able to have a discussion easily enough, but we spoke of the TV often.It's a tiny one in a corner of the ceiling, so the picture, when it's any good, is rather difficult to make
