Before i went to red onion I thought you guys had the best deals and food but i mean still a great place

Because of tonight's visit back to this place (3rd times a charm), I am now editing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. AWESOME JOB for picking up the pace. Instead of a repeat of my prior visits here (50 minute drive-thru wait and extreme rude bad attitude service), TONIGHT made me so HAPPY?THE WHOPPER WON ME BACK? Being greeted by a FRIENDLY voice and to be handed our food by someone w/ an UPBEAT attitude made the WAIT OF ONLY 9 MIN. fly by. Thank you

Ordered 2$5 mix or match 3 whoppers and a chicken sandwich. Was informed that they don 't have chicken sandwiches. Asked why and cashier said I don 't know . Total 2 mix or match with lg.fries was $16 and some change. Can 't read receipt not enough ink. Very very dissatisfied with this location. Will let everyone know. I will never go back. Location should be shutdown.

DANGER. DO NOT EAT HERE. My stomach has been hurting for hours now after eating some double cheeseburgers. To save you details, we will just keep it at water out both ends. Im definitely calling the health inspector on this place. Immediate food poisoning. I don't think they know how to keep the food at a safe temp. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

It's a new BK, but the management is the same. Poorly trained staff, slow workers, no fire. They have good deals but they can't keep inventory on popular items, and the managers have no idea how to limit online orders or do refunds when they are out of stock. It's hit or miss, order at your own risk.
